Last month, I was super intrigued when my friend Kate emailed to ask about logo cookies for the new company she was launching. Having not caught up with Kate for a few months, I didn’t know about her new company, but her logo certainly caught my attention. Buy Some Damn Art, I learned, brings independent art directly to buyers in the form of weekly sales featuring six original pieces. The idea is to expose a new generation of art buyers to works of art that are both accessible and relatively affordable. I really like the concept and hope to buy a (damn) work of art from the site soon.
