We’ve been busy, busy, busy at the bakery this month. Busier than ever before. It’s exhausting and exhilarating at the same time. “Countdown to Christmas” has taken on a new meaning as I count the days til I can take a day off, go for a jog, see friends, etc. But it’s all good! We’re having fun and getting into the holiday spirit. How could we not be, with thousands of gingerbread men and peppermint brownies and winter spice cookies coming out of our ovens?
