I love the feeling of optimism and excitement at the new year. This year in particular feels like it’s going to be great. Last year at this time, I was getting our operations up to speed as we relocated the bakery from LA to NYC, and there was so much to get used to that I didn’t have as much time to plan and brainstorm as I would have liked. Now that we’re a year in, I have a good handle on how everything works and feel confident about our operations. Time to get back to the planning and brainstorming!
We’ve introduced new post-holiday wintry treats to the bakery (you can order them here), and we’ll be announcing our Valentine’s Day specials soon (you will not want to miss them!). Now it’s time to think about life beyond Valentine’s Day and develop new treats for spring/summer/fall and all of the upcoming holidays.
I’ll be working on new treats this weekend and welcome your special requests and suggestions, whether for new flavor profiles, fun cookies/brownies, or creative sugar cookies for Mother’s Day, Father’s Day, and beyond.
